The Project & Mission Engineer (PME) is responsible for the ecological, technical and operational preparation and execution of offshore and nearshore ecological missions within Blue Ecology Contractors' projects. The role acts as the link between ecology, operations, HSE, and project management to ensure safe, efficient and smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS
HBO or WO background in mechanical, maritime or offshore engineering (or similar) or proven technical affiliation
You enjoy a combination of field- and office work
Minimum of 2–5 years of working experience (junior / medior)
Good English and Dutch communication skills
Proactive and decisive — you can say 'no'
Experience with offshore operations, survey missions, installations, or maritime projects is an advantage
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (offshore campaigns sometimes happen in weekends or holidays)
Must be legally eligible to work in the Netherlands (Dutch/EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit)
